  • Full time temp $39.19 p/h plus super
  • Eight Mile Plains and Work From Home
  • Monday to Friday (rostered hours between 7:30am - 10pm)
  • August start - to commence asap

Our client is one of Australia’s largest and most respected employers operating multiple brands across the country.

In the lead up to their peak business period they will be onboarding large volumes of staff across a wide range of functions and role types. As a result we are actively recruiting for multiple Talent Acquisition Support Officer to join their team over the coming weeks.

What you will be doing:

This varied role will see you performing several diverse, but significant, tasks that support the onboarding of new team members to provide an engaging employee experience while also ensuring the highest quality data integrity and compliance. 

The role includes:

  • Facilitating onboarding sessions via Zoom with a large number of online attendees
  • Supporting new staff during these sessions where you could be either the main facilitator or a dedicated support person
  • Ensuring all onboarding documentation and contract details are accurate and actioning these through follow up calls and email and high volume data entry and compliance checking
  • Responding to requests for support from new staff and line managers as part of the onboarding process.
  • While this role is primarily focused on the onboarding part of the selection process, you may be asked to support with other recruitment support tasks from time to time based on capacity and business needs

What is on offer:

  • Full time (38hours) or flexible part time temporary employment through to early December
  • A fantastic work environment at Eight Mile Plains with onsite, secure parking
  • Rostered hours between 7.30am and 10.00pm (Monday to Frida) with some flexibility to meet your needs based on business needs and demand. Rosters and schedules will be provided one week in advance
  • A hybrid in office and work from home opportunity which will see you on site 3 days per week and working from home for the other 2 days. Your first 3 weeks during training will be 100% on site.
  • An attractive hourly rate of $39.19 / hr plus super
  • The potential for ongoing employment based on performance and business needs for some staff.

What you will bring to the role

  • High level administration and service skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • High levels of self-motivation and flexibility to move between varied tasks.
  • The recognition that even some of the most repetitive tasks can be mission critical and affect an employee’s experience and be willing to engage in these tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate online sessions with energy, enthusiasm, and patience. 
  • Experience with Google Suite, (or MS Office), Success Factors and Zoom would be highly beneficial.
  • A great team player you love to support others and be part of large group working towards a common goal.
  • A confident presenter who can professionally represent our client’s brand as the face of the on boarding experience.
  • A warm, calm, and engaging demeanor
  • When working from home our client will provide most equipment but having your own monitor to use will be helpful and a strong, reliable internet connect is essential.
  • The ability to work in a structed environment and commit to the entire temp assignment
