- High volume recruitment role - $34.78 / hr + super

Our client operates a range of high profile brands that are immediately recognisable to all Australians. As they enter their peak period, they are seeking up to 5 more experienced recruitment professionals to join their shared services team with immediate starts in the week of 12 October.
What you will be doing
- Supporting high volume recruitment campaigns
- Assessing and screening applications
- Co-ordinating and conducting screening interviews and assessments
- Arranging on site interviews with line managers
- Providing admin support to ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures
- Administering appropriate checks to be conducted as required prior to on boarding.
- Full Time hours, 38 hrs / week, Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (rotating roster)
- An excellent hourly rate of $34.78 / hr plus super

- Previous recruitment experience in an internal or agency based role
- High levels of self motivation and integrity
- Highly reliable, well organised and the ability to work in a dynamic high volume environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to come to terms with new policies and procedures quickly
- The willingness to work in a structured environment and achieve KPIs
- The ability to work in a supportive team as constructive member with the willingness to receive and provide feedback
- Well developed communication skills (inc written)
- Experience with Candidate Management Systems / ATS with Success Factors being a distinct advantage
- You are immediately available with your own transport as there is only limited public transport options available (street parking is available)
