As a result of steady growth over 20 years, they have an enviable reputation for providing exceptional quality personnel and customer service to all sectors of the healthcare industry across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland.
They are now seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join their team to further enhance their profile.
You will have full ownership and accountability of this role and the opportunity to create and enhance our clients social media presence. Responsible for creating text and monitoring video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will ensure you keep yourself updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Main Responsibilities:
· You will be the custodian of the company’s brand identity
· Manage and oversee social media content, developing and driving social media campaigns
· Ensure all content and engagements align with company values
· You will ensure that all campaigns are suitable for the various different platforms
· Identify industry trends and adapt quickly to an ever changing landscape – analysing campaign data and web traffic
· You will be well versed and able to utilise social media marketing tools such as Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp, Instagram and Instagram Threads, X (formely Twitter), LinkedIn and SnapChat, to name a few
· Communicate with all stakeholders and upper management
Required Attributes:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a similar field
· Able to demonstrate prior experience as a Social Media Manager essential
· Confident with social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp, Instagram and Instagram Threads, X (formely Twitter), LinkedIn and SnapChat and more
· Well versed in creating social media content, community engagement and able to decipher analytics
· A portfolio showcasing successful prior social media campaigns would be view favourably
· Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
