The Position:
Reporting & scheduling administrative support to the workforce planning team within a large contact centre.
To be successful in the role we are seeking the following experience:
- Supporting a workforce planning team in a contact centre is preferred but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced skills in excel is essential. Manipulating data. Report creation and interpretation.
- Experience with Power BI - Real Time monitoring is desireable
- Attention to detail
- Reporting to assess forecast accuracy, schedule adherence and other strategic key performance indicators
- Previous experience with GENESYS is an advantage
Position Details:
- Immediate Start
- $44.44/hr + Super 38hrs/wk
- Duration through until end of Jan 2026 with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
- Brisbane CBD location close to all public transport
- Hours anywhere between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday
