TactiCall is a leading Queensland based agency specialising in service and administrative orientated roles, at all levels, with an enviable reputation for our client relationships and quality placements in temporary, contract and permanent positions.
This position will see you working closely with our corporate and public sector clients supporting temporary and permanent placements along with a range of leading edge assessment services. TactiCall is predominantly a recruitment/assessment activity based agency. This role does not involving sales but does require a strong customer and relationship focus with both clients and candidates.
Your new role will see you working with candidates through an Assessment Centre methodology and providing a high quality service to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for undertaking assessment activities covering interviews, written assessments, group exercises and role plays as well as reference checking and general candidate care. You will take accountability for the quality assessment and recording of results in a dedicated database system and have access to a wide range of assessment tools that result in high quality placements and strong business relationships. We pride ourselves on our applicant feedback and you will be comfortable providing honest, constructive feedback to all customers.
This position would predominantly recruit for contact centre and administrative entry level positions. If not direct experience within a recruitment agency, the roles may suit a Contact Centre Team Leader or a Quality Specialist who has had previous experience as part of the internal recruitment process in their organisation. Alternatively you would have relevant experience from another industry that has high volume intakes of staff. University studies in Human Resources, Psychology or Behavioural Science will also be highly regarded.

What is on Offer:
- Permanent Full-Time position
- 3 days Brisbane CBD and 2 days work from home per week
- Monday to Friday anywhere between 8.00am & 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
- An attractive base salary with a range of $50 - $60K + Super + Incentives
