  • Full Time Temp – Immediate Start
  • High volume support role - $34.15 / hr + 10% super
  • Eight Mile Plains and Work from Home
Our client operates a range of high-profile brands that are amongst the most trusted and recognisable across Australia. As they enter their peak period, we are seeking up to 20 customer focused professionals to join their human resources shared services team with immediate starts over the next 3 weeks

What you will be doing

  • Supporting high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Assessing and screening video interviews
  • Providing admin support to ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures
  • Supporting staff and facilitators during online induction sessions
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks that support the administration of high volume recruitment projects and other internal employee care initiatives.

  • Full Time hours, 38 hrs / week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm 
  • An excellent hourly rate of $34.15 / hr plus 10% super and potential penalty rates

What you will bring to the role

  • Previous admin and support experience in recruitment support is desirable but not essential
  • High levels of self motivation and integrity
  • Highly reliable, well organised and the ability to work in a dynamic high volume environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to come to terms with new policies and procedures quickly
  • The ability to apply sound judgement within set standards
  • Excellent PC Skills and the ability to support others with minor technical issues with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meets etc)
  • The willingness to work in a structured environment and achieve KPIs
  • The ability to work in a supportive team as constructive member with the willingness to receive and provide feedback
  • Well developed communication skills (inc written)
  • Experience with Candidate Management Systems / ATS with Success Factors being a distinct advantage 
  • You are immediately available with your own transport as there is only limited public transport options available (street parking is available)
