Our client provides an advocacy service to those who are vulnerable in the community. They are a not-for-profit, independent and have over 30 years' experience in supporting and improving the well-being of our seniors and those with a disability in the community.

The Role
- Act as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional experience for all clients
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and direct enquiries with care and efficiency
- Greet clients with empathy and respect, ensuring they feel supported and understood
- Provide clear, accurate information to help clients navigate available services
- Conduct follow-up outbound calls to ensure client needs are met and supported
- Adhoc administrative support
- Ensure all interactions align with organisational policies, legislation, and quality standards
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and client-centred service
What you will bring to the role
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or contact centre experience required or similar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information in a clear, supportive manner
- Professional, approachable, and client-focused demeanour
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to engage with clients who are vulnerable in the community
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident using systems and managing information
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Exposure to Not for Profit or Human Service related roles or similar (highly desirable)

- Pre-employment National Criminal History Certificate
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
