A unique opportunity for a genuine customer service professional to join their team with a mix of service and admin tasks relating to cancellations of services.

What will you do?

  • Provide an outstanding service and offering excellent support (this is a pure service role)
  • Manage calls and emails from existing customers who are seeking support on travel cancellations
  • Handle and resolve problems and complaints in line with company guidelines to ensure an excellent customer experience 
  • Identifying alternate options to support the customer and business
  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams to work together to resolve issues and maximise the best outcomes for customers and the business
  • Maintain accurate records and notes on actions taken to resolve matters
  • Deliver balanced outcomes that result in customer loyalty and maintain their brand excellent reputation

What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in a high volume service role, this might be collections, claims or general customer service
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to solve problems and think out of the box to reach outcomes
  • Someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (inc. written) who can display genuine empathy for others
  • The ability to foster and leverage relationships with suppliers to achieve positive results
  • A strong approach to team work while still being able to work autonomously
  • A high degree of personal motivation, accountability and ownership
  • Excellent PC skills including intermediate Excel
