Our client is a family owned global leader with a presence in over 40 countries. Specializing in the manufacture of products in the construction and building industry. They are currently looking to add to their highly productive team in the Queensland office located at Banyo.

This role would suit a strong collaborative team player who enjoys interaction with a variety of customers across the full scope of the construction industry. Therefore, you will have excellent communication skills, confident liaising at all levels, able to prioritize your work with changing and conflicting deadlines and the ability to creatively think outside of the box to meet business demands.
Your duties will be but not limited to:
- Must have strong administration, time management and organisation capabilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and providing information
- Follow up with all customer requests, and document accordingly
- Strong problem solving skills
- Assist internal and external stakeholders
- Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Report on any competitor activity
- Actively participate in company meetings
- Ensure all policies are followed
- Filter, qualify and respond to sales leads
- Occasionally required to assist in the warehouse during peak periods so must be physically fit
