Our client is an iconic Queensland based Health Retreat who have taken their guest experience to the next level with a dedicated Contact Centre operation in the Brisbane CBD.
Here's a unique chance for an experienced Travel or Reservations Consultant. You'll will join a team supporting one of the most respected names in wellbeing tourism.
About the role:
ou will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in shaping their Eden journey. Based in our Brisbane CBD head office, you will handle guest enquiries, manage bookings, and provide exceptional support that reflects Eden's commitment to care and attention.
Tasks inlcude but not limited to:
- Efficiently process and manage retreat reservations with precision.
- Accurately enter all reservation details into our CRM systems.
- Respond to enquiries about room availability, rates, and services.
- Upsell retreat services and treatments to optimise revenue.
What is on offer:
Joining this unique travel wellbeing tourism company will offer:
- An attractive base salary between $75,000 and $85,000p.a. plus super plus a bonus up to $1,500/month
- Additionally you will participate in a bonus program offering up to $1,500/month
- Brisbane CBD location
- Predominantly Monday - Friday
- One weekend per month which will be work from home

What you bring to the role:
- Previous experience in guest services, sales, and or support within a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in converting warm opportuinities
- A customer-first attitude with a dedication to exceptional service.
