Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking multiple Administration Support Officers to work in their Trade Specialist sector. As an Administration Officer you will be key to the successful enrolment, maintenance and ongoing support for students on various training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student enrolment processing and support including face to face cusotmer service
- General administrative duties - filing, photocopying
- Support course preparation
- Utilise and maintain student management systems and database
- Word processing, spreadsheets and data entry

These roles are temporary positions available to commence 2nd of February 2026 with a duration initially to 26th June 2026. You will work full-time hours 36.25hrs/wk during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
The position is based at Acacia Ridge with parking available onsite.
