The Position:
Join the dynamic Contact Centre team, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing support with bookings, freight enquiries, and general service information. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
To be successful in the role we are seeking candidates who possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a contact centre
- Access to your own vehicle
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems (preferred)
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service

- Competitive hourly rate of $35.00/hr
