Job description

Working as a Customer Support Officer for this Vocational Education leader gives you the rare opportunity to assist people in making important decisions regarding their study options, which will ultimately impact their future.  You will also support commercial partnerships via managing internal and external customer relations and administration duties.

 
What will you do?

  • Inbound calls and email response about courses, enrolments processes and payments.
  • Coordinate and support students and business relationships.
  • Administrative support for the team
  • Coordinate customer service requests and transactions, providing general information and professional advice ensuring customer needs are continuously met.
  • Maintain internal and external relationships
 
When will I do it? 

There is one part-time (approx 20-25hrs/wk) and one full-time role available. Available for an immediate start. One to two weeks training. Duration will be through until approximately end December.  You will work Monday to Friday normal business hours.  As a temporary employee you will be remunerated on an hourly rate from $37.41 per hour plus super.
