Due to continued growth we have multiple permanent full-time positions available within their customer service department, located in Brisbane City at George Street working 38 hours per week.
The Position:
Contact Centre Advisors are responsible for taking and actioning inbound telephone calls, customer bookings and queries, tracking and tracing and providing excellent customer service to callers who are sending or receiving items all over the globe. You will also be offering additional services that will support the customer and enhance the customer experience. This is a strong service focused role where quality of customer interaction and WOWing the customer is the primary goal.
To be successful in the role we are seeking vibrant, energetic, and fun-loving people to join our team who possess the following attributes:
- Previous Customer Service experience and a genuine passion for service excellence and a stable work background
- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fantastic problem solving skills
- Sound computer skills
- High levels of reliability and accountability
- Can-Do attitude
Position Details:
- Training - 2 weeks of paid classroom-based training combined with on-the-job coaching
- Brisbane CBD location
- Permanent: $56,753 p.a. + super + incentives
- Possible incentives average $450 / month
- Penalty Rates apply to evening and Weekend shifts
- No leave is available for the first 3 months of employment
- Training commences on 9 August 2021
