- CBD Location - $34.15 / hr plus super
- High volume internal support

- An initial 3 month temporary role commencing 1 November (after pre-screening checks)
- An attractive hourly rate of $34.15 / hr plus 10% super
- Shift hours between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday

- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Navigating multiple systems and platforms
- Answer inbound calls relating to solving problems, provide information and to action work requests and complaints
- You will ask questions, log details for, provide resolutions and or escalate requests
- Complaint Handling
- Managing inbound calls in relation to front line IT or Payroll matters for staff
- Proven customer service experience in a high volume phone and email environment
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and be a great team player
- Patience and resilience with a genuine desire to support customer
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Complaint handling skills
- Experience working to KPI’s
- Previous exposure or a keen interest in IT or Payroll / HR maters is desirable but not essential
