Our client is the leading global provider of digital and physical information management services with corporate offices all around the world. The company provides storage solutions for ever growing amounts of information with compliance and regulatory requirements in mind.

The Position:

Great opportunity to take the next step in your customer service career. As an example you may come from a high volume reception or front office role. You are looking to use the skills you have developed in a professional business to business office environment with multiple challenges and problem solving opportunities.

You will commence with more basic enquiries. Over time you will progress through structured buddy training to take on more complex calls. The roles are multi-skill agents - phone, email and chat. Dealing with invoice enquiries, order management and processing. You will handle predominantly business customers in this role.
