What will you do? 

This critical role will see you taking inbound calls and emails to resolve client invoicing enquiries. You will handle, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries in an accurate, professional, and timely manner and will be required to provide high quality customer service to enable effective accounts receivable collection.

The team of approx. 10 focus on 'First Time Resolution' of queries, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved in the initial interaction whenever possible.

You will also be required to escalate more complex queries to the appropriate teams for further investigation, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and participate in our Quality Monitoring program.



When will you do it?

Looking for an immediate start, you will based in the Brisbane CBD office, working anywhere between 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The position is a temporary assignment initially for 6 months with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.



What will you bring to the role?

  • Previous experience within customer service environment with a strong focus on customer experience, service delivery and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to use multiple systems to gather data and information relevant to perform investigation and analysis of queries
  • Previous experience in a contact centre with a requirement to solve complex problems and identify reoccurring issues will be highly regarded
  • Good telephone conversation/handling skills
  • You must be insanely customer centric and have a genuine desire to go out of your way to support your customer
  • Time management including the ability to prioritise tasks to meet set deadlines and goals.
  • Cultural sensitivity and a willingness to engage in our culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging for all is a must
