Our client is an iconic Queensland based Health Retreat who are taking their guest experience to the next level with the establishment of a new Contact Centre operation in the Brisbane CBD.


Here's a unique chance for an experienced Contact Centre team leader. You'll be able to establish your own team, supporting one of the most respected names in wellbeing tourism.


About the role:

The role will see you taking a pivotal role in the establishment of a new Contact Centre operations, refining and creating processes and procedures, as well as leading, developing and coaching your brand-new team.


You will be responsible for individual and centre performance with a focus on service excellence. Your team will take inbound enquiries and reservations, follow up on online enquiries, and make outbound calls to ensure that confirmed guests have a tailored experience.


Leading a team of 6 front-line staff, you will ensure quality staff development and service delivery. You will take responsibility for all operational functions as the Contact Centre expert under the guidance of an amazing Managing Director and the support of the retreat's onsite team of experts. You will review and report on operational and individual performance with a strong focus on continuous improvement in operations and the guest experience.
