- Temporary position - immediate start through to end of November
- Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Attractive salary package $42.94 + Super
- Location - Geebung (free parking)
Our client provides an advocacy service to those who are vulnerable in the community. They are a not-for-profit, independent and have over 30 years' experience in supporting and improving the well-being of our seniors and those with a disability in the community.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Officer to assist in their Intake Team assisting to support and help their clients navigate a scope of services.
The Role
- Contact Centre experience required to assist customers with their enquiries
- Provide information and individual advocacy support to eligible clients
- Ensure all information and services provided are consistent and compliant with relevant legislation and quality standards for compliance
- Managing inbound calls and follow up outbound calls
- Case management support
- Reporting to the Intake Team Leader
What you will bring to the role
- Contact Centre experience
- Team Player
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident liaising at all levels both verbally and in writing with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple manner
- Knowledge of aged care, disability programs or similar viewed favorably
- Able to understand and apply legislation, policies and procedures
If successful you will need to obtain the following:
- Pre-employment National Criminal History Certificate
