Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high level customer service
- Handle complex customer enquiries and conflict resolution
- Assisting over a range communication channels - predominantly call centre but email and web chat
- Accurately and promptly process enrolments, enquiries and payments
- Ad hoc administration duties
- identify and convert potential clients via inbound calls
Successful Candidates will have:
- Previous high volume customer service experience
- Contact Centre experience is a distinct advantage
- High Level communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly.
These positions are temporary casual opportunities available to commence Tuesday 4 May for training. The roles are initially until end May with strong likelihood of extension based on business needs and performance.
This position is remunerated at $36.50/hr + super working approximately 36.25 - 38hrs per week.
