This is a permanent role that will see you join a close-knit team who ensure that their clients in the Care and Health industry receive the right support from their highly skilled nursing workforce. From their database of nursing professionals, they match the right candidates to a variety of shifts, consistently delivering and meeting their clients rostering needs.
This exciting role will see you working as a client Relationship Manager engaging and retaining their current clients along with seeking out and promoting their service to new potential clients in the medical and healthcare sector
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Prior knowledge of the medical/healthcare sector essential
- Clean driving license
- Able to demonstrate strong customer centric experience and engagement
- Sales experience desirable but not essential
- KPI and results driven
- Self motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Highly organized and able to prioritise own workload
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
