Call Centre Customer Service Officers

• State Government Statutory Authority – Multiple roles
• Great West End Location – 17th January Start
• $32.83 p/hr plus super

This State Government Statutory Authority provides information, advice and regulation within their industry sector to ensure stakeholder standards, licensing and work outcomes are compliant. We are looking for experienced Customer Service professionals to join their busy Contact Centre in this city fringe location for a project.


The role involves:

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers 
• Providing information, advice and service to customers
• Interpreting and applying the relevant legislation, policies and products
• Processing over the Phone Payments
• Application enquiries
• Complaint handling
• Navigating multiple systems and platforms
• Undertaking range of offline administration duties including responding to email correspondence.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven Customer Service and Contact Centre Experience
• A customer centric approach
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
• Previous experience in interpreting and applying legislation to customers scenarios
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Complaint handling skills
• Experience working to KPI’s
• Salesforce experience is preferred but not necessary
• The availability to work full time hours rostered Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm

You will be rewarded with an hourly pay rate of $32.83/hr plus 10% super along with the opportunity to work in a great team culture, undertaking interesting and diverse work in a high volume customer service environment.
