Our client, a State Government department, is actively seeking candidates with strong attention to detail and administration processing experience. The team is responsible for updating records and processing forms for the collections team.
This role will see you working in a structured environment, using strong administraion and processing skills. You will on occasion need to make outbound calls to clients to support your findings however this is not a collections role.
What is on offer:
- An hourly rate of $48.12/hr plus super
- Full-Time Hours, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm
- A great new office in the Brisbane CBD

- An initial 2-month assignment with a view to extending prospects for permanent or contract placement
- The opportunity to work with a State Government department.
What you bring to the role:
- Some collections knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Very high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to apply sound decision-making in a legislative environment
- A great team player with an ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- A commitment to the full assignment
- A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to an environment of regular change
