State Government Statutory Authority - $49.40/hr + Super
Northgate Location - onsite and street parking available
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Temp assignment - 6 months with potential for extension

The Role:
We are currently seeking an A03 Levies Officer to join QLeave's Enforcement team. This position supports the processing and reconciliation of levy revenue and project finalisations, while also assisting with administrative and compliance functions. You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and legislative compliance, while also engaging with stakeholders to provide accurate advice and promote awareness of QLeave's services.

Key Duties:
* Process levy revenue and finalise project data using CRM and financial systems
* Reconcile project costs and update the general ledger accurately
* Provide clear and accurate information to stakeholders regarding QLeave's services
* Interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Respond professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Identify and report instances of non-compliance
* Maintain accurate records and suggest process improvements
* Support the levies team with administrative and processing tasks as required
* Assist with managing incoming calls and general enquiries

What You Will Bring:
* Experience in administration, finance, or compliance-focused roles
* Ability to interpret and work with project and financial data
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Familiarity with government or regulatory environments will be highly regarded
* Proficiency with CRM and financial systems is desirable
