Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking multiple Contact Centre Consultants. As a Contact Centre Consultant you will be key to delivering accurate information to student regarding courses and general enquiries. Supporting our clients peak period, these roles will be high volume student communication through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Couse information provision
- Outbound follow up calls with students
- General administrative support duties
- Student management systems database and maintenance
When will I do it?
These roles are temporary positions available to commence 26 May with a duration through until 1 August. You will work full-time hours 37.5hrs/wk during normal business hours Monday to Friday with some overtime required. Initial training is for 1-2 weeks (30-32hrs/wk). These positions will be based at Mt. Gravatt and remunerated at $42.93/hr + Super.
You must be available every day of the assignment. No leave will be considered during the peak business period. A compulsory criminal history check will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
