Our client a State Government Department is seeking an individual who is an excellent communicator with robust administration skills. Late June start, in an assignment that is ongoing for the immediate future. The primary function of this role is to provide a concierge and support service to internal can external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- For operational reasons we require a person who lives close to Springwood
- Part-time 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 7am – 6pm
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the location – local resident
- Administration experience – comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer centric focus
- Will ideally have prior knowledge of lease and tenancy management
- Able to take accountability for responsibilities, effectively managing new and unexpected events and demonstrating judgement about when to escalate issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written skills
- Ability to learn very quickly in a dynamic environment
