Our client is a State Government Department that provides internal support to multiple Government Agencies and Departments assisting with the recruitment process and onboarding for all new employees. They now have a rare opportunity for a Service Delivery Officer to join their dept providing support to the recruitment and Management team.

- An initial 6 month temporary role - to start asap with strong possibility of extension.
- An attractive hourly pay rate $46.84 plus Super, plus super
- Monday to Friday

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide full comprehensive admin support
- Document management support including filing, retrieving of documents, reports and other records.
- Assist with the onboarding by sending Appointment letters out to employee's and new starters.
- Experience working with and processing large volumes of data, along with an ability to manage these volumes.
- Must be highly accurate and have excellent attention to detail.
- Able to communicate with clients (both verbally and in writing) to work collaboratively with and provide comprehensive advice and guidance.
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience within the recruitment sector viewed favorably
- Confidence liaising at all levels
- Solid experience in the provision of quality admin support
- Proven ability to solve problems
- Accountability of tasks - ensuring completion
- Able to prioritise and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and files
- Takes personal responsibility for accurate completion of work
- Strong team player
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
