Job description

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Customer Experience Officers to join their dynamic Customer Service teams. In this role you would have the rare opportunity to assist people in making important decisions regarding their study options, which will ultimately impact their future.



What will you do?

In this role, you will be assigned to one of the key service areas:

  • Counter Services (Face‑to‑Face)
  • Contact Centre (Inbound Phone & Email)
  • Applications Team (Online Student Applications & Outbound Calls)

You'll play a vital role in supporting current and prospective students, guiding them through their study options, processing course applications, and delivering exceptional service across multiple customer channels.



When will I do it?

You will work Monday to Friday in a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. There will be some weeks where you are required to work extended hours till 8pm. As a temporary employee you will be remunerated on an hourly rate of $38.90 per hour plus super.


Commencing 5th of May, these positions are available on a temporary capacity through to 31st of July 2026 based on business needs and performance.


These positions are located across multiple Brisbane locations including South Bank, Caboolture, Bracken Ridge, Redcliffe, Grovely, Alexandra Hills, Mt Gravatt and Loganlea, with flexibility required to travel between sites in line with business needs.
