The Role

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will:

  • Engage with students regarding courses, enrolments, and payment processes.
  • Proactively promote the organisation's offerings to boost student conversions.
  • Manage customer service requests and transactions in a high-volume environment.
  • Provide accurate information and professional advice to meet customer needs.
  • Meet individual KPIs including adherence, data quality, conversion rates, and average handling time.

Work Schedule

You will work Monday to Friday in a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. There will be some weeks where you are required to work extended hours till 8pm. You must be able to commit to every day of the assignment except the Christmas campus closure from 22nd of December to 2nd of January. As a temporary employee you will be remunerated on an hourly rate of $38.90 per hour plus super.

These roles are supporting a peak business period commencing for on the job training from 17th November. This assignment will run through to the end of January 2026.

Some weekend work during peak periods may be required.

What you'll bring

  • A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
  • Inbound sales experience (desirable).
  • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Confidence using multiple systems during customer interactions.
  • Full availability for the duration of the assignment.
  • Willingness to undergo a compulsory criminal history check.
