Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking customer service professionals to work in their Trade Specialist sector. As a Client Service Officer you will be a key member of the Client Services Team providing excellent client service and support to both internal and external clients through a variety of communication channels. This position reports to one of the Client Services Coordinators and is located on the Southside of Brisbane at Acacia Ridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high level customer service
- Handle complex customer enquiries and conflict resolution
- Assisting over a range communication channels - predominantly call centre but email and web chat
- Accurately and promptly process enrolments, enquiries and payments
- Ad hoc administration duties
- identify and convert potential clients via inbound calls
Sucessful Candidates will have:
- Previous high volume customer service experience
- Contact Centre experience is a distinct advantage
- High Level communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly.
These positions are temporary casual opportunities available to commence from 7 December, although some roles may start earlier. After an initial engagement through until 18 December it is likely roles will continue on from 4 January 2021 (after a shut down for Christmas) until February based on business needs and performance. This position is remunerated at $36.50/hr + Super working approximately 36.25 - 38hrs per week.
