HOW DO WE RECOGNISE YOU?
- $66,887.60 per annum ($33.78/hr) + super (paid weekly) + incentives (paid monthly)
- Incentives - Earn up to 13.5% of your base salary as an annual KPI bonus
- 6 weeks paid training with a mix of classroom learning and live call experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Taking and actioning inbound calls, customer bookings, tracking and tracing enquiries
- Navigating multiple screens and systems to resolve enquiries efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service to all callers
- Offering additional services to support the customer and enhance their experience
- We have 10 x full-time permanent opportunities, our call centre operates from 6:00am to 8:00pm, from Monday to Friday and Saturday shifts rotated 8:00-16:00 every 3-5 weeks.
