- Customer Service & Claims Consultant (motor vehicle)
- $64,681 + Super + Bonus

About you:
We are seeking compassionate, positive, and resilient individuals who will be trained to guide our customers through the claims process. Our customers are calling in looking for peace of mind while going through the process of making an insurance claim and you will be there to help.
Experience in the insurance industry isn’t mandatory but appreciated if you have dealt with liability determination and claims acceptance. Otherwise, we are looking for people who believe they can offer an excellent customer service experience over the phone while carefully managing claims cases from start to finish.
Key requirements include:
- Experience in dealing with customers in challenging situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
- Comfortable making and taking phone calls
- Permanent position, 37,5hrs/week Monday to Friday
- Must be available for shifts between 7am to 6pm
- Saturdays required approximately 1 in every 3 to 4 weeks
- Four weeks annual leave, sick leave plus additional leave days
- $64681 + super + Bonus
