About the Role
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with invoicing and account enquiries. You'll manage inbound calls and emails, investigate issues, and deliver timely, accurate resolutions while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Working within a close-knit team of around 10 people, you'll be committed to achieving First Contact Resolution, ensuring customer enquiries are resolved efficiently wherever possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer calls and emails relating to invoicing enquiries
- Investigating and resolving account and billing issues
- Providing exceptional customer service while supporting accounts receivable outcomes
- Escalating complex enquiries to specialist teams when required
- Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems
- Participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment
- Stakeholder management and a strong customer-first mindset with a passion for resolving problems
- Confidence navigating multiple systems while investigating customer enquiries
- Excellent phone communication and active listening skills
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Experience working towards KPIs and service standards
- A genuine appreciation for diversity, inclusion and working collaboratively with people from all backgrounds
What's On Offer
- $40.56 per hour + Super
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster between 7:00am and 5:00pm
- Brisbane CBD office with easy access to public transport
- Initial 3-month temporary assignment with potential for extension
