What you bring to the role
- Previous experience in a high volume complex Call Centre environment
- Previous experience in claims is a bonus
- High levels of self motivation, reliability and a commitment to achieve your goals and KPI’s
- Exceptional customer focus with strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- A strong learning orientation with the ability to deal with complex information
- The willingness to receive constructive feedback
- A great team player, you build effective relationship with all stakeholders including your team and leaders
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work
- Th willingness to work in structured environment with clear guidelines and procedures and to adhere to these standards
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong PC and systems skills including the ability to navigate through multiple systems while engaging with customers
- Be available to commence immediately
- The a ability to commit to the full 12 weeks of the initial assignment (no leave can be granted during this time)
- An excellent hourly rate: $42.35/hr + Super
- Long term role though to June 2023
- Brisbane CBD working normal business hours Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
