AO3 Specialist Contact Centre Consultants

• Specialist Contact Centre Role

This State Government Specialist Contact Centre is located in the Brisbane CBD. The Contact Centre operates between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The role will see you managing inbound calls and processing applications for special permits. You will provide information, solve problems, and manage complaints. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to help customer achieve outcomes within tight deadlines.


What you bring to the role

• Previous experience in a high volume complex Call Centre environment
• Previous experience in claims is a bonus
• High levels of self motivation, reliability and a commitment to achieve your goals and KPI’s
• Exceptional customer focus with strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
• A strong learning orientation with the ability to deal with complex information
• The willingness to receive constructive feedback
• A great team player, you build effective relationship with all stakeholders including your team and leaders
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work 
• Th willingness to work in structured environment with clear guidelines and procedures and to adhere to these standards
• Excellent problem solving skills 
• Strong PC and systems skills including the ability to navigate through multiple systems while engaging with customers
• Be available to commence immediately
• The a ability to commit to the full 12 weeks of the initial assignment (no leave can be granted during this time)

What is on offer

• An excellent hourly rate: $42.35/hr + Super
• Long term role though to June 2023
• Brisbane CBD working normal business hours Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
