Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking multiple Contact Centre Consultants. As a Contact Centre Consultant you will be key to delivering accurate information to students regarding courses and general enquiries. Supporting our clients peak period, these roles will be high volume student communication through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing information on courses and enrolment options
- Making outbound follow‑up calls to students
- Responding to general student enquiries
- Completing general administrative support tasks
- Maintaining and updating student management systems
When will I do it?
- These roles are temporary positions available to commence 18th May with a duration through until 24th July 2026
- You will work full-time hours Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 6.00pm with some overtime required
- Initial training is for 1-2 weeks (30-32hrs/wk)
- These positions will be based at Mt. Gravatt and remunerated at $44.44/hr + Super
A compulsory criminal history check will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
Candidates on Working Holiday Visas will be considered.
