We are now seeking new Recruitment Consultants to join our small and friendly team to support a range of existing public and private sector clients in selecting top quality talent to join their team.

Your new role will see you working with candidates through an Assessment Centre methodology and providing a high quality service to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for undertaking assessment activities covering interviews, written assessments, group exercises and role plays as well as reference checking and general candidate care. You will take accountability for the quality assessment and recording of results in a dedicated database system and have access to a wide range of assessment tools that result in high quality placements and strong business relationships. We pride ourselves on our applicant feedback and you will be comfortable providing honest, constructive feedback to all customers.

While the positions do involve some client contact for service follow ups there are no sales responsibilities or sales targets for these positions.
