This is a great role that will combine your exceptional administration and processing skills with your passion for customer service. This vital new role is the critical link between customers and general operations. The position will see you processing and checking the accurate setup and maintenance of customer accounts in internal systems. You will be accountable for ensuring the integrity of customer data (job orders, rates, addresses, contacts, a/c status, web set ups) and also provide telephone based customer service as required. You will work as part of a team that continues to grow as our client offers extended services to their customer base. This will involve contact with external and internal customers. You must have strong problem solving, multi-tasking, initiative and a strong eye for detail. There is also a requirement for professional written and verbal communications skills. Exceptional keyboard skills with a fast alpha/numeric data entry speed with a minimum of 97% accuracy is a must. These positions offer a great hourly rate and while initially a temporary role there is a commitment to move these positions to permanent roles based on performance.
