Your duties: The role involves receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to promote our clients products and services that are immediately recognisable to every customer and have a quality reputation across the Asia Pacific region. The role will support multiple campaigns and require a strong achievement drive and desire to exceed targets. You will work in a blended environment that will see you managing inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to new and existing customers who will immediately recognise the brand as one of quality. The successful candidate must have strong sales experience, be comfortable with cold calling and be able to prioritise and organise his / her work to ensure deadlines and revenue targets are met. This is a direct career path to Account Management. For the inbound element there is strong emphasis on service and cross sell and up sell to maximise the advertising revenue.
