The past 2 years has seen significant growth in the customer base and service offering. As they continue to grow and develop with several exciting projects about to launch we now require several passionate service professionals to support the team. This role will see you managing inbound calls from customers who play an integral part in the delivery of services on behalf of our client to the public. You will provide first level support on a range of unique technical matters to these clients ensuring an exceptional service experience with every interaction. To be successful in the role you will have: - Strong verbal communication skills
- High level problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- A commitment to quality service delivery
- Excellent team skills
- High levels of patience, resilience and self-motivation
- Strong PC skills
- Mandarin language skills would also be beneficial but not essential
The role offers: - Full Time Temporary work for 2 months with a view to extend based on business needs and individual performance
