We currently have a position available working with a major publishing and media organisation in their inbound Customer Service Centre.  These roles involve a high volume of inbound customer service enquiries helping customers with enquiries and concerns regarding their news paper home deliver. These inquiries comprise approximately 70% of the role and include enquiries regarding payments and direct debits. In addition, consultants will take enquiries from Newsagents regarding all facets of their newspaper supply. These calls range from changes in daily order requirements, to enquiries about direct fund transfers of payment for their local home deliver customers.

These roles often require problem solving and can occasionally lead to follow up and investigation with regional sales manager, news agents and customers to any solve complex issues.

Candidates are required to demonstrate strong and confident customer service and conflict resolution skills, as well as problem solving and attention to detail to ensure that each customer is dealt with efficiently and effectively.

These roles are located close to public transport in Bowen Hills. You will be employed as temporary employee and our client is looking for high performers to take advantage of upcoming permanent opportunities.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6pm.  $21.56 per hour plus 9% Super. Starting ASAP.
