The emergency response centre at Eagle Farm supports callers from all over Australia. Our success in the personal care industry has seen our client base expand rapidly due to our exceptional service delivery. We now require a Customer Service Officer with a passion for service excellence to join our growing Call Centre team.

This exciting and challenging role will see managing inbound emergency calls from existing and new customers and co-ordinating service delivery with contract providers to ensure a seamless service is delivered for all clients as the first point of contact.

You love working in a dynamic environment and can contribute to the team’s success with a positive outlook, a keen eye for detail and exceptional telephone communication and customer service skills. There is a preference for Medical services/aged or disability care experience.

Competent administrative skills including accurate data entry and keyboard skills as well as excellent skills with Microsoft applications and proprietary databases are essential.

The Emergency Response Centre operates 24hrs/day, 7days/wk. This permanent full time position will work a rotating roster within our day Operations team Monday to Friday rotating between 7am and 7pm with the opportunity to work occasional weekends as required.

For this role you must have your own reliabel transport as access to public transport is restricted.
